Aus meiner Mitgliedschaft beim Sportpark Fitness Health Club ist nicht nur ein gesünderer Lebensstil, mehr Lebensqualität und Motivation einhergekommen, sondern auch noch so viel mehr.
Das Team ist sehr kompetent und unglaublich nett, einen guten Rat bei Problemen haben sie immer parat.
Hier möchte ich vor allem Marek Rajca nennen, der mir von der ersten Minute an zur Seite stand. Er hat mir in meiner besonderen und nicht ganz leichten gesundheitlicher Lage immer professionell und kompetent aber auch vor allem menschlich viel Geduld, Zeit und Humor entgegengebracht, und ein offenes Ohr war immer inklusive. Das schätze ich bis heute jeden Tag aufs Neue und schenkt mir viel Motivation.
Großgeschrieben wird im Health Club auch eine individuelle Beratung und Betreuung. Egal ob man mal ein Problem mit dem Gerät hat oder mal die Motivation fehlt, es ist immer jemand Aufmerksames in der Nähe der einem gerne hilft.
Die Atmosphäre ist ebenfalls sehr entspannt auch die Geräte und Stationen sind hochwertig, verlässlich und gutdurchdacht.
Mir fällt es unter diesen Umständen überhaupt nicht schwer jeden Tag in Fitnessstudio zu gehen, klingt doch gut, oder?

Sehr freundliches Personal und eine Masse an Angeboten. Von Laufbändern, über verschiedene Geräte, einen Freihantelbereich, einen richtig guten Funtionalraum, sehr viele abwechslungsreiche Kurse und eine schöne Sauna wird hier einiges geboten. Leider wird die Temperatur im Kursraum ferngesteuert, dort ist es abends immer arschkalt und die Organisation allgemein könnte noch besser sein (Kurszeiten weichen online teilweils von den tatsächlichen Zeiten ab z.B). Ansonsten sind es die 10€ mehr definitiv wert!

* Nur eine Station um schwere Kniebeugen zu machen bzw. nur ein einzelnes Squat-Rack, kein Power-Rack
* Musik läuft morgens oft nicht
* Es wird gerne mal morgens (um ca. 9 Uhr und früher) noch das Studio gesaugt, also so richtig genau da wo man gerade trainiert bzw. neben einem, hinter der Station an der man sich gerade befindet etc.

Wer nicht so sehr auf ein Squat-Rack angewiesen ist und nicht morgens trainiert, der kann hier bedenkenlos hin gehen. Ich find es alles in allem nicht schlecht, aber das sehr laute staubsaugen unter meinen Füßen beim trainieren ist schon eher nervig. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man im functional fitness Bereich einen robusten Fußboden verwendet, so dass man dort z.B. Kniebeugen machen kann - eine entsprechende Ablage ist durchaus vorhanden.
