It was overall nice. The service and atmosphere were good, that's why I am giving 4 stars. The more disappointing part was sadly the food. It was okay but not authentic at all. It's a fusion kitchen, so don't expect the real asian taste of the dishes. We ordered 2 different sushi sets, both of them had more or less the same sweet sour taste. There is a semi-service card but it would be better if someone tells you that in the entrance.

Good happy hour Drink! But poor spicy salmon bowl. Just a bit of Rice and some raw veg doesn't make a spicy bowl!

We came here for 4.1* on Google Maps and got FIVE STAR everything.
You order and pay at the bar, and the food is brought to you when it's ready, and that happens fast. The staff is very nice and helpful.
And the food... Just perfect. We decided for Crunchi Cut with salmon and Fruity Chicken Bowl and everything was SO delicious. And also good looking. Mixing the fresh and cooked food is done seamlessly.
Then the lemonades. We've had homemade basil and mint and seriously, they were the best non alco drinks we've ever had. (I love basil, and I love basil with fruits, everybody should try that, it's so delicious.)
Big outside seating. Don't panic when you find the street door closed, just go around the block.
I'm definitely saving Kitti Chai to my personal "best food" list.

Good place to try Thai specials. The ambiance also make the place a better place to relax while eating

The duck was crispy! I loved it. I think the curry was just too much. Maybe they could've placed some herbs on the rice.

Realy lovely place, good staff and food...but i already visited another Thai restaurant where food were more delicious for me only cos i have to compare with i put 4 stars

This is an unbiased, detailed review.

We went there midweek at night in April 2022 so there were not many customers, we greeted the staff, they did not greet back, they did not even bother showing us a table. When we sat down, we asked for the waiter (thinking it is a normal waiter-ordering type of restaurant), the waitress saw us asking for her, did not react so we had to go to the bar to order where apparently this is the ordering way, which wasn't clear at all and left us confused. They gave us a beeper for when the food is ready, then served us the drinks and food themselves (which we were ready to get them ourselves no problem whatsoever since we thought it's a self service restaurant), but with no cutlery which we had to get them ourselves. The food was below average, i'd give it best a 5/10, the drinks were bad. The restaurant states on google maps that it closes at 11:30 PM midweek, which what we and other customers also thought, then the very unfriendly and apparently annoyed owner came and told us to leave at 10:30 PM, and when showed him that it says the closing hour is 11:30 PM, he did not even stop and kept walking while mumbling that these are corona regulations, bearing the fact this is when all covid regulations are relaxed and life is getting back to normal.

The good thing about kitti chai is the interior design and the music, but these aspects are redudant in front of the rudeness and carelessness and the low food/drink quality that were presented.
