Dirty tables, dirty trays, rubbish everywhere, empty napkin dispenser. Long queues, clearly understaffed and no cleaning.

NEVER EVER... Worst experience I had for a very long time. The table was filthy. Haven't seen such an unorganised place. We used to go to this KFC for years, but something has changed. The food was horrible. Never in my life had such a dry chicken.

Would like to know the reason of the sudden change in the quality and service? Maybe a managment change happened or has to happen soon.
