Amazing Service, shipping to UK took only 3 days. I have an ECM Synchronika and they have the largest selection and best overview with searchable diagram breakdowns of every machine imagineable. Best replacement part i.d. system I have seen of any online shop, period! Called for advice and they knew my machine (as they service machines as well), helped diagnose the problem, helped with alternative parts for better longevity (LM vacuum breaker in this case and stainless T connector as ECM plastic piece has issues) and made suggestions on how to install the part and improve reliability. Prices are fair, more reasonable than most UK shops even with shipping. Highly recommend!!

This is the best site I found for support and parts for my Rancilio Silvia. They have all the parts I need and are very helpful in terms of guiding on what to buy and also how to install. Will be my preferred supplier for everything espresso!
