We have waited for 4 hours out of queue with a animal in bad condition, just because doctor doesn’t speak English. Personal was friendly but don’t recommend this place for non German speakers

This Tierklinik has taken great care of our dog! For any specialist care, we will always turn to them. Our dog had TPLO surgery at this clinic 7 weeks ago to repair a torn CCL, and today when we went for our check-up X-Rays, the staff was just as friendly and courteous as always. I appreciate they always take time to answer my questions. Thanks for providing great animal care!

I am very disappointed!! Is Sunday night my dog u200bu200bvomits, we go urgently to the clinic, examination was without explanation, super fast and after two days he did not feel well again but did not vomit, was just spitting. I went again as my dog u200bu200bwas taken to be examined without being examined, that evening I decided that I would take my dog u200bu200band they scolded me and I paid 750 € for only 6-7 hours and blood sampling. The next day I went to another vet and my dog u200bu200bafter the examination and the system of drugs he received was super vital and paid 50 €, it turned out to be something he shouldn't eat.
we recommend only in cases when other veterinarians do not work!!!!!!!!

So disappointed!!!! Unfriendly staff. I booked an online appointment. However, when I got there, they refused my appointment. They accept my dog to be visited by a vet but charged me as an emergency appointment without asking me if I want to be booked as an emergency!!!! Cost me 20% more than normal visits. Not so happy with the check-up of my dog. Dr was not able to listen to the lungs of my dog!!
Not recommended at aaaaalllllll!!!!!!!!!

I set up an appointment for 1600 and got there around 1645 due to traffic and being released late from work. I understood I was late and was willing to wait, but figured it was just a rabies shot so it should take about an hour for my dog to be seen. I guess to prove a point they made me sit and wait for an hour and 30 minutes. When I went to ask if someone else was available besides the German vet that speaks English to administer the rabies vaccine I was scolded. Welll she tried to scold me, one of us is a lot meaner than the other. ???? I sat in the waiting room for one shot for two hours. Efficient and effective... I think not.
