The worst hotel with a very high expense. I asked for double bed but it had two narrow mattresses making sleeping uncomfortable. It has no room service, the worst bathroom with no toothpaste and hair dryer got broken within two uses. I don’t recommend it.

I came for a business trip to Stuttgart, I had my booking in advance and my colleague told them that I will arrive around midnight, the staff told him that's completely okay. When I arrived the receptionist informed me that they gave away my room to someone because I haven't arrived until 6 PM and of course they're fully booked. Never met such unprofessionalism before, leaving someone without a place to stay when they especially told that they will keep the room. You better get another accomodation while you're staying here.

Edit regarding the answer: as I stated in my review, my colleague informed the staff about my late arrival, with my full name and expected arrival time and the receptionist said that it would be okay. Maybe there were another receptionist or some miscommunication happened but that shouldn't be my concern. In the end I had to find another hotel midnight and pay a heavily increased price to have a room elsewhere. There was nothing help from your side, not even a recommendation or any other compensation for this, so I will stay at my 1 star review.

Beginning of June, I attended Logimat tradeshow in Stuttgart and I wanted to share that I was very upset by the price that was charged for this stay!
I understand that hotels charge more when those types of trade show events are taking place, but in this case this is absolutely outrageous! Looking at your website I saw that your usual rate varies roughly between 50 and 70€ per night and I’ve been charged 1078.20€ for 2 nights. It is an absolute shame to apply a factor almost up to 10 on your regular rates. Paying 500€/night for a basic room, in an isolated location, with no restaurant on premise and none close to the hotel is a true rip-off. So I wanted to inform you that I have let the organizers of Logimat know about those practices so that they do not put your hotel on their recommended/partner hotels list in the future.

We ordered a room for three on booking.com, when we arrived we were asked to pay an extra 30€ for an extra bed in the room although we never had had any information about that. The extra bed in the room was placed underneath the unmoveable nightstand, thus, impossible to use. The three of us had to share a double bed. No 3rd towel either in the shower. Location is very bad (accessibility, unsafe surroundings at night) if you want to go to the city,...

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Stuttgart with small but cozy rooms. Great for a short stay.
Free parking space is available in front of the hotel.

We had a great time at the niu mesh, but would recommend more hotel staff working on the weekends, especially before 12pm (preferably one at the bar and one at the reception).

The free drinks-cards provided are a nice alternative to having your room cleaned everyday-and help to safe the environment at the same time.

P.S.: Keep away from the mai tai in the lounge’s minibar, the pina colada is alright tho;)

Very clean, modern, quick check in/out, polite staff.
Cons: isolated location in an industrial area, no free water/coffee inside the room nor at the lobby, no gym.
