It took 3 reminders across 24 hrs for the hotel to refill soap in the shower. It is quite ridiculous. Location is convenient tough.

Hotel is located in a business area, quiet at night. A supermarket is at 5 minutes walk. There is a tram stop close to the hotel to reach Stuttgart.
Room was very warm and there is not air conditioning, even if a small fan was provided, we had to sleep with the open window as the heat was unbearable. The pillows were also too soft. Room itself was comfortable. Restaurant is very nice and excellent food.
Acceptable hotel for a short stay.

Good place for a one night stopover, easy to find and great connections to the motorway. Parking can be free in the street if you're lucky enough to find a spot. The rooms are a little small but you can (just) fit a toddlers travel bed in. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food was ok but pricey for the quality.

I did not feel warmly welcome. When going to the bar after arrival I could hardly chose one of the free seats, I had to sit where they wanted me to even when there was space enough. They did not want to prepare a coffee for me instead they put tip on the bill without asking or informing. When putting the finger on the additional tip they just replied cold, their system does that automatically. Normally tip is given for additional amazing service decided by the guest and I am quite surprised now because it leads me to untrust in hotel gastronomy in general. The room was ok for the price but nothing cozy.
