Arrived after a long car journey from Nitra Slovakia, to be told that there was no restaurant so not knowing Stuttgart that meant getting a taxi - there and back, we decide to get a delivery and pick wha appeared to be a good Indian restaurant. It was terrible one of the worst I has had, then we decide to go down and get some drinks from the bar - no bar. We would have been better staying at a hotel Garni but I can assure you we will never set foot in your hotel again

Even simple and mainly functional hotels should have a clean bathrooms and toilets. This one didn‘t.
Breakfast was good but with 22 EUR overpriced.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and right next to train stop however some staff was not so friendly.

This is not 4 star hotel! No fridge in the room. Reception hardly ever reachable by call, no receptionist or security replacement in the reception area at night! This is unacceptable. You can call for half an hour and they wouldn’t answer nor call back. Hotels must answer calls within 3 signals and have some staff present for safety not to mention service.

Room replenishment is patchy. One side of the hotel is adjacent to a courtyard where guests smoke and talk loudly until 1am. Free transfer bus is advertised from the airport but non existent. Asked for a kettle for the room as the coffee machine was broken but was told this was not possible.

Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!! The guys on the reception are very stupid!! Rooms very dirty and small, everything is broken and they have to improve the breakfast because is very poor????!!
