We received tips that helped us to make this day unforgettably beautiful and made planning easier (decoration, processes, etc.). We implemented things that we certainly couldn't have done in other locations.

Our guests were also very enthusiastic about the service, the ambience and the great food. You notice immediately that not only the quality of the food and products is important here - there is also knowledge, skill and not to forget passion behind the preparation and everything that goes with it. Allergies and intolerances of the guests (even noted by name) were taken seriously and taken into account (gluten-free, vegan).

We are also so grateful for the support throughout the day. Marija always had a good eye for when the right time for which food etc. was and always had an open ear for us.

I could mention a lot more, but everyone should just go there themselves and will notice: you are not just any guest - here it is like a second living room for us.

Stay as you are, because unfortunately there are few restaurant owners like you!

Wir haben schon mehrere Familienfeiern hier gefeiert und nun endlich auch unsere Hochzeit.
Aufgrund von Corona mussten wir zwei mal verschieben, doch Vangi und Marija hatten dafür absolutes Verständnis und haben uns nicht hängen lassen. Als wir dann endlich die Planungen beginnen konnten, waren die beiden jederzeit für uns da. Wir konnten auf die Unterstützung und Hilfe zählen, sei es bei offenen Fragen und organisatorischen Dingen.
Wir haben Tipps erhalten, die uns geholfen haben, damit dieser Tag unvergesslich schön wurde und die Planung erleichtert haben (Deko, Abläufe usw.).Wir haben Dinge umgesetzt, die wir sicherlich in anderen Locations nicht hatten so machen können.

Auch unsere Gäste waren vom Service, dem Ambiente und dem tollen Essen sehr begeistert. Man merkt sofort, hier wird nicht nur auf die Qualität der Speisen und Produkte geachtet - es steckt außerdem Wissen, Können und nicht zu vergessen Leidenschaft hinter der Zubereitung und all dem drumherum. Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten der Gäste (sogar namentlich gemerkt) wurden ernst genommen und berücksichtigt (glutenfrei, vegan).

Auch für die Begleitung über den Tag hinweg, sind wir so so dankbar. Marija hatte immer ein gutes Auge dafür, wann der richtige Zeitpunkt für welche Speisen etc. war und immer ein offenes Ohr für uns.

Ich könnte noch vieles mehr erwähnen, aber jeder sollte selbst einfach mal hingehen und wird merken: man ist nicht irgendein Gast - hier ist es für uns wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer.

Bleibt wie ihr seid, denn solche Restaurantbesitzer wie ihr es seid, gibt es leider wenige!

Seit Jahren kommen wir in dieses tolle Restaurant, haben viele Feste gefeiert als Gastgeber und auch als Gäste. Auch mal spontan mit der Familie einfach essen gehen - jedes, aber auch wirklich jedes Mal wurden wir absolut top bedient. Egal ob durch Personal oder Chef und Chefin, hier bekommt tatsächlich jeder das Gefühl herzlich willkommen zu sein. Es gab auch Situationen, an denen der Laden voll war und evtl. mal ein Fast nervig, aber das Team Neckarpark behält selbst in Stresssituationen professionelle Ruhe und bietet weiter top Service. Nie wieder!! Waren gestern,07.08. vor dem VfB Spiel dort. Essen gab`s schon mal gar nicht. Wir mußten 1 Std auf Getränke warten,und da kamen auch nur die hälfte an den Tisch. Und dann nach ner halben Std nochmal dreist Fragen,ob es noch was zu trinken sein darf.... klar ist vor nem Spiel viel los,aber der Laden war nicht mal voll... Danke,aber zu Euch komm ich nie wieder !!!
