Ordered Wiener Schnitzel u0026 server asked if I wanted any sides. I spotted Black Salsify Crunchies. I had never heard of Black Salsify u0026 they tried to explain it to me and even brought up a picture on their phone. Both were very good.

Das Essen war sehr lecker: das Steak perfekt, der vegetarische Burger und die Süßkartoffel Pommes so, wie sie sein sollen. Alles top, klare Empfehlung.

Then came the food. Pork loin steak with fries for me, unfortunately not through but pink on the inside. Right back with a request to cook it through. The same with the schnitzel for my wife. Unfortunately, she only saw it after a few bites. If you don't know, raw meat is taboo for pregnant women because it is dangerous for the fetus. We are served. I finish my well-done meat, she's lost her appetite. She worries that she may have eaten a bite too many.

The kitchen sees the mistake, we don't have to pay. I leave one star for that.

A second star for the lovely staff who were polite and courteous at all times.

Day 2:
We calmed down and want to give the restaurant a second chance, they deserve it. It's Sunday evening and the restaurant is empty. We are alone.

Our order, 2x baked potato veggie, comes after 50 minutes. We are hungry and a bit sour.

The potatoes are only moderately tasty, too hard and mealy. Just don't taste good. Too bad.

Probably won't come back.

Wir waren vom 19.03. - 21.03.2022 im Hilton Garden Inn und haben das Restaurant an zwei Tagen besucht. Beide Male waren wir hinterher sehr enttäuscht.

Tag 1:
Meine Frau (schwanger) und Ich orderten Getränke und Speisen. Zuerst bekam sie ein falsches Getränk, was aber nach Hinweis ausgetauscht wurde, bzw. sie erhielt das richtige noch zusätzlich. Abgehakt, kann passieren.

Dann kam das Essen. Schweinerückensteak mit Pommes für mich, leider nicht durch sondern innen rosa. Gleich zurück mit der Bitte es durchzubraten. Das gleiche mit dem Schnitzel für meine Frau. Sie hat es leider erst nach ein paar Bissen gesehen. Wer sich nicht auskennt, für Schwangere ist rohes Fleisch tabu, da gefährlich für den Fötus. Wir sind bedient. Ich esse mein durchgebratens Fleisch zu Ende, ihr ist der Appetit vergangen. Sie macht sich Sorgen, vielleicht den einen Bissen zu viel gegessen zu haben.

Die Küche sieht den Fehler ein, wir müssen nicht bezahlen. Dafür lasse ich einen Stern da.

Einen zweiten Stern fürs nette Personal, das zu jeder Zeit höflich und zuvorkommend war.

Wir haben uns beruhigt und wollen dem Restaurant eine zweite Chance geben, die haben sie verdient. Es ist Sonntagabend, das Restaurant ist leer. Wir sind allein.

Unsere Bestellung, 2x Ofenkartoffel Veggie kommt nach 50 min. Wir sind hungrig und schon ein bisschen säuerlich.

Die Kartoffeln sind nur mäßig lecker, zu hart und mehlig. Schmecken einfach nicht. Schade.

Werden wohl nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Wir hatten nicht reserviert und wurden empfangen mit dem Hinweis, dass das Essen ca. 1h lang dauert und wir uns "da hinten" hinsetzen können (wurden nicht zum Tisch begleitet). Nach ca 15 min war noch niemand bei uns am Tisch, um zumindest die Getränkebestellung aufzunehmen. Allerdings waren mehrere Kellner bzw. Personal auf der Fläche, die sich unterhalten haben und nicht beschäftigt aussahen. Offenbar wollte man uns nicht bedienen. Schade, dafür würde ich gerne Minussterne geben.
