If you are in Stuttgart, Germany and a car enthusiast, the Mercedes Benz Museum is a MUST! The full tour runs from top to bottom over many levels and across many vehicle types and components produced since the first car was made!

What makes this museum special isn't just the cars and other vehicles, but the historical situational context provided through audio recordings that play throughout and exhibits that capture the time period and what is going on across the globe. And, yes, there are cars, trucks, and components that you will not see anywhere else!

Just be prepared to want to buy a new Mercedes when you're done! (Yes, there is a dealership on the base level to help you make that a reality!)

5 STAR Experience
I came all the way from Australia.
I have been to many stadium tours in Europe and within Germany, and there was nothing like the Stuttgart stadium tour I experienced.
My tour guide Uwe was INCREDABLE.
I was the only person on the tour, so it was a very personal and informative tour.
I learnt so much, not just about Football and the Club/Stadium, but about life.
Uwe made the experience 1 to remember. I will never forget my experience and I will be recommending this to anyone who follows football and wants to travel to Germany and to Stuttgart.
I will be back again with my family next summer.

We saw Katy Perry here before the pandemic. The venue’s organization is great and everything is clearly signage. Also the air conditioning was excellent. We were never too hot and it always felt like fresh air was available. Concert acoustics were also quite good.

Stadium is good, the stadium tour was amazing. Got to see areas that most stadiums don't show you, such as VIP seats, canteen for events, and even inside a VIP box. The tour took us to the very top of the stand, aswell as letting us sit in 3 of the 4 stands. Tour guide was excellent, aswell as the two ladies who spoke to me In English and made sure I wasn't missing out on anything interesting. Definitely recommend.

VFB!! I'm not normally a football fan but it is undeniable that the atmosphere that Stuttgart fans create is electric... The whole stadium is involved, singing and cheering for their team. Once you're through security there is plenty of space and clear directions to your place, and you have a clear view wherever due to the steps.
My main criticism would be the bag check. Here it is a mad scramble with people pushing in, and all women have to go to one woman and wait, even if the security man is currently free. I would also appreciate free water facilities, especially on such hot days, but the woman threw away my empty bottle...

A decent-sized museum, that the local football team plays their home games in. Facilities are seemingly a little dated, but serve their purpose. Food options around the stadium are quite limited as it's not that close to the city center.

If you're heading here to watch some event, do consider dropping by the Mercedes-Benz Museum before, to complete the whole experience.
