Very happy with the service and advice received after my phone had received water damage. Photos were taken before and after cleaning the phone so I could see what had happened. Unfortunately due to the damage involved the phone could not easily be repaired and I decided not to go ahead with any further possible repairs. Thanks for the great service.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon as my usb c port of my smart phone seemed quite dirty and the cable's didn't tuck in there properly any more ( after 2 years of usage ). Problem was solved within minutes and for a very fair price. Would visit this service center again if other problems arise with my phone.

I had been recently there to replace my iPhone 7 screen – staff were friendly and the charge was 160€.
The replacement took less than an hour, but the replaced screen looked way too inferior for 160€.
The touch feel was no way comparable with the original screen, that comes up with extra 30€ from Apple.
To add up, the front camera didn’t start and they had to open up again and fix it – so my scratch free phone now has some 3-4 small dents.
If you are don’t care about the genuine look and feel after replacement, these guys are okay!

During the order placement very friendly but once you pay, everything changed later! No Call pick up most of the time. They told we will call you in 2 weeks, they never did. I have to take follow up on my own. Very disorganized! One of the guy has temper and if you ask too many questions he even gets angry. I have to go back after service because of some problem with microphone.
They take too many orders I think and compromise with service quality! I think I will not visit this place again!

Amazing service... very kind guys and very expert ... they know what they are doing. If your iPhone is broken do not hesitate that they are the best to repair it in Germany ... I was in several other shops in Stuttgart but they were either expensive or they said my phone is not repairable anymore but these guys repaired my phone ... unbelieveable ....

Good and fast service. My phone's screen was broken and they charged me 160€ for it. Staff is nice and friendly but I think it could be cheaper.

First of all, superb atmosphere in the shop, very kind people who listen to your every wishes and needs. Very customer oriented.
My Phone wasn't working anymore all of the sudden, without me doing anything wrong. The day after, i went to Phone Service Center because a relative told me how good they were. The experience was stunning. But in a good way. They looked at my phone, openend it and analyzed it, and in 5 minutes they told me what was wrong. They told me that it could be repaired in 40 minutes, so i went to the waiting area, drank some cofee. And after roughly half an hour my Phone was repaired. Everything working just fine. It wasn't even too expensive compared to other repair shops.
I would recommend Phone Service Center for everyone who wants quality, good service and a fast answer to your problems. If i have another issue with my phone, i'll definitely go there again.
