The girl is well situated and the check-in service was friendly. There is improvement work going on. There is a small free breakfast available while renovations are ongoing. It is more expensive than their sister hotel in Nürnberg, for slightly less comfort and amenities.

The journey could’ve been very good but unfortunately one of the employees at reception (average guy with a beard) was really awful to me : I asked to get back my luggage as I had a train to catch and the guy started shouting at me in front of all the people that I should’ve came earlier (which I didn’t know because to me you can get your luggage whenever you want) and he said that I need to do the line but I was about to miss my train.
How is it possible to treat a customer like that just for getting Back luggage which would have taken 5 seconds.
I am really sad to put a bad rating because everything else was very good.
I believe a customer experience is end to end. So not because the person is leaving that he is not a customer anymore. Now I know that I would never come because of this shaming experience ????

The worst hotel i ve been to so far!

Found hair on the bed s sheets
The room are extremely small
No room service
And a very limited and bad breakfast!

I totally do not recommend it.

The location can't be better as it's literally at the door step of the S bahn station. The room is also very quiet.

It would be nicer if rooms were a bit larger.

Front desk was not friendly nor helpful. Ask for taxi booking confirmation for going to airport but she did not want to check, saying it was not her who made booking. Happened today at 10pm.

This is a decent budget hotel with very good service in the city centre of Stuttgart near the Stuttgart Hbf (Central railway station).

Nice hotel, kind staff. Room was a bit small but for just a night alright. Loved the bathroom!

For that price definitely a recommendation.
