I went there after trying many fitness studios in Stuttgart. From all the ones I've tried, I like this one the best because of its selection of machines, wellness area and facilities. The stuff are super friendly and helpful. There is no problem if your German skills are not the best, they will take good care of you.

All critics who have an issue with terminations and their deadlines or other contractual modalities are recommended to have normal and friendly conversations with the relevant employees. Seit vielen Jahren, eigentlich von Anfang an, bin ich Mitglied bei Woman Pur. Obwohl ich nicht immer regelmäßig Zeit oder/und Lust zum Trainieren habe, bin ich total zufrieden mit dem Studio, den Betreuern, den Trainern und nicht zuletzt natürlich auch der Inhaberin - es passt für mich rund herum. Momentan befinde ich mich in einer familiär etwas schwierigen Phase und habe um temporäre Stilllegung meines Vertrags gebeten, was mir bewilligt wurde. All den Kritikern, die ein Thema mit Kündigungen und deren Fristen oder sonstigen vertraglichen Modalitäten haben, ist zu empfehlen, sich ganz normal und freundlich mit den entsprechenden Mitarbeitern zu unterhalten. Es ist wirklich ein Versuch wert! Mit offenen und vor allen Dingen ehrlichen Worten wird, so jedenfalls mein Erfahrungswert, für alle Beteiligten die richtige Lösung gefunden.

Auch ich habe fristgerecht meine Mitgliedschaft nach 2 Jahren gekündigt und habe eine Mitteilung erhalten, dass sich der Vertrag aufgrund Corona automatisch um fast 9 Monate verlängern würde. Auf darauffolgende Fragen bzw. Schreiben von mir kam bis heute keine Antwort. Auch Privatpersonen sind hart getroffen worden von der Corona-Situation, aber diese kostspielige Verknebelung ist keine feine Art Kunden zu bekommen bzw. zu halten. Ich rate daher jedem ab einen Vertrag mit diesem Fitnessstudio zu unterschreiben.

Bin wirklich lange Kundin. Habe viele Freunde auch geworben. Es ist nur noch traurig zu sehen wie schlecht das ganze geworden ist. Im Fitness selbst in Stuttgart wenn man kündigt wird man auf Kundenservice verweisen die unfreundlich und unmöglich zu ihren langjährigen Kunden sind.

Musste meinen langjährigen Vertrag aus gesundheitlich gründen kündigen. Kündigungsfrist bestätigt erst nach 1 1/2 Jahre. Mehrmals angefragt wieso das so zu Stande kommt. Mehrmals abgefertigt in Kundencenter und keine Antwort erhalten. Meine Geduld ist am Ende! Muss jetzt über Anwalt gehen.
Es ist leider nicht mehr wie es wahr zu teuer und Achtung man kommt nach mehreren Jahren aus dem Vertrag mit den gewöhnlichen Fristen nicht mehr raus. 1 Jahr und 3 Monate erst danach! Habe sowas noch nie gesehen!

Dieses Fitnessstudio macht am Anfang einen guten Eindruck und ein paar der Trainer sind auch einigermaßen kompetent, auch wenn die Fluktuation recht hoch ist.

Beim Trainieren sind zwar alle freundlich und es wird max. Kundenorientierung zur Schau getragen, aber wenn man als Kunde wirklich auf Service und angewiesen ist, wird nur freundlich auf den Vertrag verwiesen. Als ich umzugsbedingt kündigen musste, wurde nur auf die vertragliche Kündigungsfrist beharrt und es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen des Studios. Und Corona wird auch voll und ganz ausgenutzt, so dass die Beiträge ebenfalls nachträglich noch eingefordert wurden.

So etwas verstehe ich nicht unter einem kundenorientiertem Studio, dem es schlussendlich egal ist, ob man ein sehr regelmäßiger Kunde war oder nicht.
