Rooms not very clean, cigarette smell in the room every morning. Reception rarely picks up the phone. Bar closed all weekend. I been coming to this hotel for 8 years as it’s next to the business halls. Will not come back. Be aware the hotel has lost a lot of its prestige after the pandemic.

Clean room and bathroom superb location when catching an early morning flight from Stuttgart Airport. You can walk across and be there in under 5min.
To me personally it's interior is a bit too dark and for the price I expect better service as the wait to check in on a week day was endless.

The king rooms are very nice with a nice twist with the window in the bathroom. These cone at a premium.
Shame the air con is not up to the job, its always nice to be able to turn the air con down, no hope here I'm afraid.
Had to supplement with a room fan from reception. Which was a god send, especially due to the heatwave Europe is having.
Nice Restaurant although a little expensive, the food is of a high standard.
Also resturant, is open when the hotels in the area, don't open every night.
Friendly staff, although appears to be run on tight ship scenario, with just enough staff, almost in time.
They do work hard though.

We booked this hotel to sleep the night before an early flight from Stuttgart airport. It is perfect for that purpouse. Just few steps away from the terminal. Bedroom was clean, quiet and good size with all you could need. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is amazing. Everything big and stylish with nice modern design. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was also a great experience. We did not have breakfast because it started at 6am, not early enough for us in this case. If we need to sleep close to this airport in a future we would book here again for sure as we consider it offers good value for money.

Room definitely big for a airport hotel, clientele mostly represented by pilots and crew and pleasant atmosphere.
Terrible reception welcoming experience and definitely lower than the standard expected: I checked in in the late evening and got welcomed by a latino guy who looked at me head to toe because i was really casual (coming from a trip to the lake).. Very essential check-in, with no information about hotel services, room dining, or breakfast. The only “information” given was that they had many pilots and they recommend to keep it quite because they need to sleep…

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms, the lobby, the restaurant, the Gym, the service absolutely top notch beautiful and clean. High class modern design and engineering. Everyone at the hotel was kind, friendly and very professional and welcoming. The ambient is just beautiful....Typical German hospitality with flawless touch to detail and preciousness. l will always always stay at this property when I come to this beautiful city. This used to be a great airport hotel. Now, the bar is permanently closed, restaurant under staffed and staff generally over worked. A pale imitation of what it used to be - and sadly no longer worth staying it. It took us 20 mins to even be seated at the restaurant - the staff were rushed off their feet. Rooms remain clean and comfortable.
