Very disappointing. We waited 30 min to get the menu, another 30 min until someone took our order and then almost an hour until our food came.
The food was ok but cold and overpriced for a very small portion.

I have been in several Ethiopian restaurants. Makamba has been the best of all. Vegetables and meat with lots of flavor make a great combo with just the right fluffy bread. Totally recommend it.

This spot was so good we ended up dining twice during our visit to Berlin. My best and only advice is to order the BBQ ribs, that's really all you need to know! Totally amazing.

Food was disgusting. Service wasn't friendly AT ALL. I was there with a couple of friends and after almost starving to death,the food was FINALLY HERE( after an hour and 20 minutes to be exact) but it was disgusting. Toooooo spicy. And after the waiter saw we didn't even touch our meals,he said that the food is better with curry sauce. And he didn't even mention any options except the meat,which was in the menu. And in the end for us 4,bill was 96€. I kinda wanna sue them. And take thet giraffe.

One of the best African places I know. Extremely delicious food, good wine and very friendly service. Nice decor and cozy atmosphere, making ideal for a romantic date, too.
