Nice surprise. Last minute booking, very very reasonable. Very clean u0026 large enough for 4 persons. 1 bedroom, bath, kitchenette, and sofa / bed. Convenient to several restaurants and morning coffee spots. Close to city center, which is a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Loved the apartment! It is beautiful, clean, well equipped and situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Location is great and there are a lot of restaurants just a couple minutes walk from the apartment. The hostess is very helpful and can easily be reached via phone.

Stayed here for a few days before relocating back to the UK. Loved it. Really nice room, quiet, great facilities, clean, nice decor, friendly helpful staff and in an interesting part of town. Will definitely go back one day when on business or when visiting friends in Stuttgart. Would highly recommend it to others in the meantime. Have fun!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at List Five! Would highly recommend! It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully with all the necessary amenities one could ask for. The location is great, situated on a lovely road in Stuttgart-Süd, and only a short walk into the main city centre. Stephanie, the host, was amazing, even taking time out of her day to sit down with us and have a drink whilst giving us loads of information about the city which was extremely helpful. Overall, List Five is a great guesthouse, perfect for anyone coming to Stuttgart. We plan on returning very soon! Thank you for having us!

Very nice and clean rooms, located 20 minute walk from the city center. The service is excellent, and I strongly recoment making use of the breakfast vouchers for Cafe kantinchen, which is only a minute away. The parking space is best suited for smaller to medium cars, but it is also possible to pay to park in the street.

This place was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Stephanie was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating which I appreciated after a long flight. I had some special requests and she was happy to help me out. The rooms were cute, clean, and exactly how the photos show. Neighborhood is safe and there are some great local restaurants around. Thank you Stephanie for making my stay amazing!

What a wonderful find in Stuttgart! Excellent location, close to a plethora of dining options and easy access on foot or by public transportation to all of the city. Our room was sparkling clean and fitted so thoughtfully and thoroughly for comfort from bed to bath. It was the first time my husband and I visited Stuttgart; we felt instantly at home at List Five and in it's welcoming neighborhood. When we return, we'll book here again without question.
