I like L'Osteria. L'Osteria is, in my opinion, a great franchise. They serve good and huge pizzas. Their menu consists of classic pizzas, a few more fancy and "experimental" pizzas and they let you add various toppings to their variations. Their soups and salads are a great choice if you are not so hungry or want something on the side. L'Osteria is not cheap, but considering their serving sizes their prices are fair. The locations can be quite crowded and most of their restaurants have the same design.

The food was very good, nice pasta and the pizza is huge! Sadly, the service was very slow and disorganized, had to call the waiter multiple times in order to have the bill.

Loved the food and people working there.
The only thing i didn't like was they had no chilly sauce. I like to eat my pizza with a bit of spicy taste. But there was no spicy sauce.

Nice dinner without the personal note.
Had a table for two and everything went quite smooth.
The staff feels quite stressed and even thy are super friendly - there is no time for a personal or individual service.
Food was quick, delicious and fresh. Salat looks really good and pasta was well prepared.

Since they have obviously not enough staff to work, I recommend booking a table in advance to avoid waiting for a table.

**Very bad service don’t bother and go there!!**

First time at this branch, worst service ever starting from taking forever to get your order taken, to actually getting your food.
Don’t even try to call them to make reservations as they are rude and hang up on you.
Don’t even try to order takeaway, the order must be done at the bar and the bar tender (the guy with neck tattoo) should actually get some customer service training because he was extremely rude and very not welcoming.
Don’t even bother to be nice to the waiters as they are greedy when it comes to tip and nag on you and pursue you indirectly to give them more tips, very uncomfortable situation!!

Never again and will not recommend it ever to anyone, would rather drive to another branch than to spend a cent in this branch!

**Note, I think they intentionally served me cold pizza !!

Had trouble communicating with waiter who seemed unable to count. He made zero effort to help us at all, which I understand, but we tried our absolute best and he was still horrible. Great pizzas though

Dear L’osteria Team,
I have been to different locations before and usually had pleasant experiences, but this location I tried it today for the first time. The pizza was so salty that I couldn’t taste anything else, after one slice I had to throw away the whole pizza, because it was bit edible.
Extremely disappointed by this quality, I would like to receive my money back.
