The worst management and communication service. If you really need more time for shifting the gym to new location, mention it first hand so that people look for alternatives. Now we are just paying the money for service which we can't use and also unable to cancel the contract. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone who consider this place.????????

The Jumpers Degerloch is clean most of the time, but very crowded and have bad experience with the adminstration. I moved to another country and submitted registration document but they want to charge me untill the end of February? From September till March why I have to pay? I will never go there and recommend to anyone in the future. I was a member there for four years, they could have stopped my membership for a clear evidence.

No air conditioner, the place wreaks of BO and the equipment is not in the best condition. I guess I just have higher expectations. You get what you pay for. Affordable membership comes at a price. However, I know of other fitness Studios with the same price but much better and larger venues, and also have air conditioning.

This fitness studio is very clean and comfortable and in very good location beside the mean station in Degerloch , the toilets , shower and changing rooms are very clean and smells good not like other fitness clubs in the summer!
the team seems professionals ! but the 2 bad point is the contract length and the half year fees!!!!! there is no way to make contract less than a year and I don't understand why there is half year fees too otherwise it would be rated 5 stars.

Price / performance is quite good. I used it with my urban sports membership during my project in Stuttgart. The staff is very nice and very helpful.

The problem would be that there is only one rowing machine in entire gym.

Other than that, it might be very crowded during peak hours so the best time to go there would be after 20:00.

If i could rate 0 stars I would.

Contract length makes no sense and the time you need to cancel before that is ridiculous.

Im moving away and tried to stop the renewal of my contract 2 months before the end of it. The response took months and ofcourse I now have to pay another whole year, although i wont be here. I feel scammed.

In addition the gym its self, however cost friendly it may be, often reeks of body odor and lacks ventilation.
