Ich war lange Zeit auf der Suche nach einem Kaffee, der sowohl qualitativ, geschmacklich als auch preislich meine Vorstellungen entspricht und auch ein regionales Unternehmen untersützt. Diesen habe ich in der reinen Kaffee Sorte "Costa Rica" von Hochland aus der Markthalle gefunden.

Leider gibt es nun bei Hochland keine Möglichkeit diesen Kaffee zu bestellen. Es ist ausschließlich ein Kauf in der Markthalle möglich.

Wir leben in einem Zeitalter wo Onlinehandel Gang und gebe ist und vom Kunden genutzt und erwartet wird. Leider können die Prozesse bei Hochland einen einfachen Versand eines in der Filiale angebotenen Kaffees nicht stemmen. Sehr schade.

Ich mache mich nun weiter auf die Suche nach einem Kaffee der meinen Anforderungen entspricht und den ich mir auch nach Hause liefern lassen kann...

Dear Ms. Hunzelmann, please think about a sales room with beautifully presented products on shelves, possibly as a tour with shopping baskets at the entrance and a payment counter at the exit. The whole thing doesn't have to be "umpteen" square meters, but just so that about 5 to 6 people can stay in it and shop. (Of course after Corona, or at the moment possibly with 2 G or 3 G?)

Wir mögen den Hochlandkaffee wirklich sehr, und waren heute zum erstenmal im "Werksverkauf" und haben uns mit einigen Kilo Kaffee und auch noch anderen Dingen eingedeckt, da in den Läden bei uns im Umkreis immer nur 250 gr. Packungen Kaffee zu bekommen sind. Die junge Dame am Tresen war Super nett und hat uns zuvorkommend Bedient! Aber als Werksverkauf in dem Sinn kann man das nicht wirklich bezeichnen. Man hat leider den Eindruck in eine Abstellkammer einzutreten, ein kleiner dunkler Raum mit ca. 3 - 4 Quadratmeter und ein Verkaufstresen. Wenn man wie wir zu zweit in dem Raum steht muss man schon mal den Platz tauschen um wirklich alle ausgestellten Produkte im Regal hinter der Plexiglasscheibe erspähen zu können. Man hat den Eindruck ins vorige Jahrhundert zurückversetzt zu werden. Zudem hat sich in den ca. 15 Minuten die wir zum Einkauf benötigten im Treppenhaus eine Schlange gebildet. Obwohl die Dame nach uns nur ihre Bestellung abholte ist sie eigentlich fast Zeitgleich mit uns wieder rausgelaufen. Diese Art von Werksverkauf ist leider nicht Zeitgemäß. Liebe Frau Hunzelmann, bitte denken Sie doch mal über einen Verkaufsraum mit schön präsentierten Produkten in Regalen nach, das ganze evtl. als Rundgang mit Einkaufskörbchen am Eingang und einer Bezahltheke am Ausgang. Das ganze muß auch keine "zig" Quadratmeter groß sein, sondern einfach so das sich ca. 5 bis 6 Personen darin aufhalten und einkaufen können. (Natürlich nach Corona, oder momentan evtl. mit 2 G oder 3 G?)

Allerdings ist es momentan eher ein Verkaufsschalter als ein Laden.
Es darf momentan nur eine Person den Vorraum, wir als Ehepaar durften gemeinsam eintreten.
Die Dame hinter der Plexiglasscheibe war einfach toll.
Sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr gut beraten.
Wir waren mit unserem Einkauf direkt in der Rösterei sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder vorbei.
