Stayed here over the weekend. Hotel is within minutes walking from Central Station. Easy to find. Also within minutes walking to the famous shopping street Königstrasse. Hotel reception has a welcome drink and fruit. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Check in and out are hassle free and fast. Rooms are adequately big and comes with a bath tub! There’s also a selection of pillows for you if you have neck problems. They welcome you to try them before deciding which you one. Very thoughtful on this. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. It’s a wide spread of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, cereals, cooked eggs, salad and many more! Very satisfied stay and will come back again!

I missed my connection to Paris ans DB gave me a voucher for a random nearby hotel ….. it was indeed a pleasant surprise, extremely kind receptionist, a small but immaculate room , from another time (80’s). Slept like a baby and great surprise, breakfast buffet was outstanding (I mean it ). Overall, the Unger hotel has transformed a difficult experience into a great one. Thank you to all the crew member !!!

An older hotel that has done some modernization but not thrown out what made it attractive back when it was new. That, in and of itself, makes it a nice place to stay, and in the great location and it is hard to beat.

Room is full equipped for 1 person. Price is afordable. Receptionist is friendly. Breakfast is fine.

Hotel located within walking distance of Stuttgart station. The interior is well maintained, with a not-so-modern style typical of the 90s. The single room was cozy and clean, although the furniture and carpet were a bit worn in places. The air heating system is a little outdated, but can be adjusted. Windows and doors were well insulated. Nothing to complain about instead of the bathroom of the room, modern and with underfloor heating (very positive). The price for one night is in line with other hotels around the station, although a little above average compared to other major German cities. At check-in the staff asked to check my vaccination certificate, even though they were not wearing any masks. A note about the hotel staff: when welcoming a client it would be good to use a little more courtesy and understanding, especially if that client also makes an effort to speak your mother tongue (in this case German). Apart from that, my overall rating is 4 stars (in line with the current average).

Thank you very much to the management and staff of the hotel for the opportunity to accommodate Ukrainians for free in your hotel for several days. The hotel itself is very clean, helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

We had a single room instead of a double room. The staff did not try to repair their mistake and were quite rude.
