When the military dining facility closed it went through several private operators before the current family-run enterprise finally made a go of it. Using the original equipment, they offer both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is American style, very much like you would see if it were still military run. Lunch is a kind of European take on standard American cafeteria food. In addition to a rotating selection of meats, starches, often fish, and either mixed veg or spinach, you can order burgers (with a variety of toppings) or a gyro with fries. On the way to the register is a salad bar, desserts, and drinks. The food is not high cuisine, but the portions are large and the prices are reasonable. Good place to go if you're hungry.
