A Joke !
A month ago the BMW service provider sent me there to get a tire fixed. It was urgent (as always). After confirming the details with the provider, i drove there through traffic for about 20 minutes. At that moment the secretary calls me to tell me they wont be able to take my car but, if I want to, to still come and they would help me get in contact with the “Urgent Care” service. I get there 10 minutes later and the secretary stands in the front of the office smoking, and tells me “I am so sorry but we wont be able to help you”.... Saddly, I drive around - just lost an hour.
Fast forward 2 weeks, I need to get my oil changed... Service provider tells me I should go there again. Hopeful as I am, I though my last bad impression was no luck. So I book an appointment for in 2 weeks.
I get there this morning, gave my car. I call back at noon to check on it, to be quickly pushed away “yeah yeah, someone will call you back”. At 6:30ish, I call back checking on it (as it is my car, and I need it) to be explained that I can’t pick it up because it is closed even though, well, I need my car.. And no, there is no solution, and no, there is no real way to talk to anybody.
What is frustrating, is not even the mistakes and lack of answers, but the direspect in the verbal communication, the “I am sorry but I don’t care attitude, you’ll be served when we have time”.
I guess I thought BMW had higher standards.
Indefinetly do not recommand it.
