Barbara Roper is very thorough and really takes exceptional care of people! She really cared and researched everything I needed for my up coming TDY. I really felt in good hands with her knowledge and her answers to questions that I had.

I wish there was another option for military spouses. I have never felt so uncared for and judged in all my life, and the nurses eye rolling and condescending remarks are beyond infuriating and unprofessional. Every spouse I’ve spoken to has had a similar experience and has submitted complaints but nothing is ever done about it.

Horrible experience here. Nurse kept bouncing me to different places and not listen to a word I said. Most staff are pretty good. If you want to get practice for the a VA experience here ya go.
