Had the breakfast set and soup.
The soup was delicious, the breakfast set decent but nothing too special.
As people are writing already, staff is a little rough but not unacceptably so.

i can say that I m a good observer, i have to say that, this place is nice place and i was treated good as a customer.
My own exprerience in restaurants and cafes, some people treat the waitresses and waiters as if their servents, no respect, no kindness at all. As a customer, order your food, and when you are served eat and go, what else ? waiting time can differ depends on how the place is busy, like airports,post offices.
if 10 customers order doner kabab at the same time, waiting time is long to get the meat cooked ,if 3 customer ordered doner kenbab waiting time is shorter.
customers should be reasonable and logical and respectfull too
sit,order eat and go. dont forget to pay :)

Very cosy place to eat. The restaurant is quite big and have variety of Turkish food with reasonable prices.
They also have bakery and sweet dishes. Love the taste of Kunefe.

The worst customer service, very unfriendly, very rude and mean, I went there 3 times, with three different groups, they really treated us as if were some beggars! I would not recommend it at all, inspite of its food being good!

Taste is good but a little bit expensive and busy place. It takes time to find a waiter when it is busy, during the Day.

I use to buy our sweets from here. Whatever they have a policy for some things to serve them just inside the shop. I really wanted a Kunafa and they put me to sit on table, to wait more than 15 minutes for the waiter to take the order and other 15 minutes until they served. I took it and removed in one plastic box and enjoyed home. Today I saw the women preparing a baclava with ice cream and really wanted one piece of that ice cream, again they asked if I wanted to eat there or take away only to say to me actually I can order ice only there, not take away. I am amazing how rude the staff can be there, really a Turkish bazar, low class. Also the girl who pack ur sweets can’t speak German.
