Super Sportprogramme. Da SportCodex wenig Geräte besitzt und voll auf functional Training setzt liebe ich diese Location. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet im Loft Stil. Die Trainer sind kompetent und nehmen regelmäßig an Fortbildungen teil. Die Kurse sind sinnvoll aufgebaut mit Aufwärmen, Mobilisieren, Cardioteilen, Kraft und Dehnung. Es wird ausführlich erklärt und angemessen korrigiert. Die Damenumkleide ist für Coronazwecke etwas klein- wird aber gut geregelt.
Die Stimmung ist gut und das Miteinander angenehm.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist angespannt. Aber die Trainingsstätte ist sehr bequem per öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
