Tried out the vegan option I’m here which was in new menu. I ordered two burgers one with a Mail, and other one just a single burger with salad and some dressing. As usual the burger taste was fine and nothing special, the shop was overcrowded and there was a huge waiting time and I think it was because of Saturday afternoon. The self order screen here is really helpful as it reduces the waiting time altogether

At the end its McDonald. Everywhere is the same. Same, food, same drinks, same tables etc. Tables were slightly dirty. Less crowded during sundays.very close to major companies around. Tram staion is very close. 3 stars deducted due to dirty womens toilets. Not at all cleaned. Major improvement needed for cleaning.

No special offer coke glasses are available. In contrary to the advertisement here the offer ended weeks ago according to employee

What can I say the American embassy in Stuttgart always slapps it’s there for you when you need and when you don’t with consistent quality love that they have mobile ordering so nothing is lost in translation

This McDolands gave worst experience. I ordered 2 milk shakes at machine but it was sold out. They failed to give me what I ordered, due to sold out, but refused to cancel my order. They kept asking me to order another like soda which I didn't drink at all. The manager kept asking to me to accept it, saying "it is just 4 euro".
But I could not pay anything which I did not drink. It was not a matter of money.
I felt very sorry for poor service.
