My family was stationed at Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany from 1963 to 1966. We had the privilege of staying at the Vaihinger Hof as we arrived at our new duty station u0026 when we received orders to leave. We enjoyed visiting there many times in those 3 years for lunch and dinner. The service was 5 Stars +.... The food was always delicious!!! We had 2 favorite Waitresses, Fraulein Mia u0026 Frau Lisbeth. They treated us as if we were family. When we got ready to leave to come back to the United States, those 2 lovely ladies cried. I was 9 1/2 years old, and I remember crying alongside my brother. The Vaihinger Hof will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you....

This hotel is awful. It smells of smoke, the room was dirty, and the customer service was blah. I checked out early because the heavy smoke smell made it a challenge to breathe. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Horrible customer service. I called to just ask for a government rate and there prices and the guy didn't even know. Than he hung up on me. I tried calling back and tried to explain what I wanted and he blew me off and hung up on me again. If they act like that on the phone. Who know what they do when a customer comes to them in person!!!
