We had issues with the waiter not being able to speak English, we usually don’t mind but we had questions about the menu and she made no effort to try and help us understand. Later a friend joined who speaks German and that helped us, I just think it’s weird to not have have someone speaking English when tourists could be really good for business. ????

The food was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We did sit inside though cos outside felt “unsafe”, not the best word I could use but picture lots of people hanging out around that entrance to the train station and having to sit there.

Onion soup is an overdose of salt with onion taste vaguely there. Steak was ok, but look medium despite me asking for medium rare. Restaurant was quite empty but servers are taking their own sweet time in taking order and settling bill. Service does not correspond to the price we are paying.

It was delicious and nice service. Steak was a good size for price as well. Plus they had kids meals.

The steaks are fantastic. As far as I remember, there were at least 7 different kinds of steaks. We were with a company, so we tried 4 different kinds. All of us were absolutely satisfied. Sorry, there are no pictures of steaks, because we all started eating immediately, the food looked and smelled amazing. Desserts - very nice too. Overall - a great restaurant in the center of Stuttgart.

Steak was perfect, new york cheesecake was OK, but service wasn’t impressed. I understand that restaurant is seemly hectic and they all tried to be alert as soon as possible, but nah.

it's OK - but lower your expectations....

The cooking follows process and the medium rare is as asked

The mastercut 12 ozs ribeye is more a marketing gimmick than anything -
it's a cow sliced up by a lidl or Aldi..... with a baked potato tossed on the side. Meat was cow meat but lacking flavour or character - and i emptied a bottle of seasoning to bring out some taste.

after grabbing blok house steaks in Berlin, hamburg, Munich x2 and now here, I think i will retire from their steaks - it started awesome and became poor along the way.

i score it a high 3 stars because of the attractive waitress who was serving me. ????
