Food level and cocktails are below average. The place looks fancy but unfortunately the actual experience does not match the expectations. Disappointing.

The first time we have been to Club Amici and unfortunately, we will never come back. The welcome by the security staff was so disastrous and disturbing-hence, absolutely inappropriate for a club of such upscale class. After mentioning the unfriendly tone with us guests it was maintained and turned even aggressive. If it turns out that the staff does not like to work with people, why are they hired? The club is beautiful and the rating would have had more stars if the atmosphere at the welcoming part had not been destroyed by the unprofessuonal staff.

Very beautiful interior, delicious food, nice personal. We were dining in, want also to try next time as a club. Impressed why they have such a small ratings, will definitely recommend it

Overpriced food, subpar drinks, horrific service. The leadership staff could care less except for manager Kai who tried at the end of the four hour dinner from hell. We also were charged a few times for the same items but i had no energy to argue. Never spending another euro there. Don't waste your time. All joy will be taken because of frustration. I wish I could give zero stars. When you can't even get the bare minimum when it comes to service it makes for a terrible time. Don't make the same mistake. Go somewhere else.

The food is good and place is nice but they give a horrible customer service if you don't place a food order right in the first minute!
The ask to make the table free 20 minutes after my friends arrived and we just got some drinks on the table !
It was the worst place to celebrate my Bachelorette Party!

Awful experience. We were a group of 6 and had a reservation for 21:00. We arrived on time. Firstly, the music was way too loud for a restaurant. Moreover, the restaurant is supposed to be a “good” one and the sight of the tables next to us , drinking shots was totally unacceptable. Paying 30€ for 200gr of fillet does not pair well with people next to you doing tequila shots. However the worst of all was that after one and a half hour and after having taking our order, they informed us that due to the fact that they had a problem with the electricity (which they were aware of prior to our arrival), in the end, we couldn’t get served. Thus, we had to leave and try to find a place to eat at 22:30!!! Totally not worth it!! Once again, awful experience, unprofessional handling of the situation! They should know better .

Food and service was excellent! Very posh interior and decor. I wish they would have different music inside than the German fest music be played outside. The fest music takes away from the nice interior. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating.
