This hotel was convenient to the Stuttgart train station. No early check in was disappointing, but not unexpected. The room was basic, but the bathroom was very modern with a large shower area. I would not recommend the single size bed as it's not as comfy as a double would be. The breakfast was very tasty eggs, meat, cheeses, lots of teas and breads as well. Definitely would stay again.

Good place to be hosted. Close to the town center and major street. Another good point is the fact this hotel has directly access to train station (by the way, I get a free ticket to use train and subway during the you are hosted in this hotel). Breakfast is good. Location is best part of this hotel. There are good places to eat near by the hotel (Blockhaus if I am not wrong).

Hotel would rate as a boutique hotel. Clean but showing its age. Staff are very friendly and the 4 or 5 I spoke to all spoke excellent English. It is centrally located in the heart of Stuttgart. Numerous shops in all price ranges and many places to eat. Hotel breakfast is simple and very adequate. If going somewhere by train or U-Bahn your in the right place. Have stayed here several times over the years.

It was an ok place. Small rooms with not much ameneties to offer.

Didn't like the fact that they didn't even have hot water kettles available in the room. Iron and ironing table were available only at the reception and one has to use it there itself.

I found the prices of the room as well as breakfast overpriced as compared to the services received.

Overpriced, outdated, broken (lift, TV, phone, shower). Wouldn’t stay there ever again. However very friendly reception staff and the free public transport ticket and use of DB lounge was handy. We got a 50% discount hence worth to complain.

My train from Berlin was late so I missed the connection to Singen, luckily this hotel is conveniently right next to the train station and I was lucky enough to get the last available room. The rooms are nice, have all the necessary amenities and more and it was a comfortable place to spend the night. Check out time isn't until noon so I had lots of time in the morning. Also has free wifi.

Very very pleased with this old style hotel. Great customer service and very clean. The position of this hotel exactly in the train station is absolutely great. They also offered us a free travel pass for the time we stayed!
