Ich bin über Randstad zu einem Unternehmen gekommen was mich jetzt fest einstellt und ich bin richtig glücklich diesen Weg gegangen zu sein. Der Verdienst ist auch richtig gut, definitiv mehr als bei anderen Zeitarbeitsunternehmen. Also sollte ich wieder Arbeitssuchend werden, wende ICH mich definitiv nochmal an meine Randstad-Niederlassung. ????????

Ich habe in der Vergangenheit schon Erfahrungen mit sogenannten Personalvermittlungen(sprich Leiharbeit) gemacht. Ich war in der Vergangenheit mehrere Jahre über ein anderes Unternehmen dieser Art tätig und nie hat sich daraus etwas festes ergeben, von daher war ich erst mißtrauisch und eher vorsichtig. Doch die Korrespondenzen und die Mühe, welche sich die Berater machen, sucht ihresgleichen. Es wird sich tatsächlich gekümmert und es ist auch angestrebt den Arbeitssuchenden möglichst in ein festes Arbeitsverhältnis zu vermitteln (Direkt beim Arbeitgeber und nicht über Randstad!). Die Vermittler stehen in gutem Kontakt, sei es mit Firmen oder auch mit mir als Klient. Ich kann nichts negatives finden und spreche eine klare Empfehlung aus! Wirklich Top - Randstad ist nicht umsonst die erfolgreichste und bekannteste Vermittlung in Deutschland, da können sich einige in diesem Sektor eine große Scheibe abschneiden...

Ich habe ca. 2 Jahre mit der Randstad Saarbrücken zusammen gearbeitet und kann durchweg nur Positives berichten. Die Betreuung durch die Sachbearbeiter vor Ort war immer fair, kompetent und freundlich. Hier konnte ich stets einen passenden Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Anliegen erreichen und mir konnte immer schnell weiter geholfen werden.

Durch einen starken gesamt-betrieblichen Betriebsrat hat man als Mitarbeiter einen starken Rückhalt für alle Eventualitäten und kann sich der kompetenten Vertretung der bundesweiten Arbeitnehmerinteressen sicher sein.

Ich war stets sehr zufrieden mit der Betreuung durch meinen Ansprechpartner Herr Kiehn und kann Randstad Saarbrücken uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Zeitarbeit ist, zumindest hier, absolut nicht so schlecht wie ihr Ruf, sondern fair, nach Tarifvertrag bezahlt und auch menschlich einwandfrei.
