At first we were very impressed by the friendly nature of the employee. The first apartment rental for 3 months went wonderfully. Then another tenant came for a month, of whom we didn't notice much. Our wish was to return to our apartment in December and January. However, the HC only offered us tenants who wanted to rent our apartment beyond this period. After some strange delays, the HC presented us two Italian students who wanted to rent for 12 months a few days before vacancy. According to the employee, they are very decent young men who have a contact at the university and make the best impression. We agreed, although our gut feeling wasn't good. A few weeks later we heard from neighbors and our housekeeper that the young men were ravaging the apartment and having parties. Despite multiple interventions on our part, the HC did not take care of the matter. The actual extent of the devastation only became known to us after moving out. We need new furniture, it has to be painted and, finally, an exterminator was needed. The HC withdraws completely from responsibility. Instead of helping us, outrages are passed on and the employee wildly terminates contracts via WhatsApp. Conclusion, unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent - but very friendly and pretty employee. Wir haben die HomeCompany wegen der kurzfristigen Vermietung unserer Eigentumswohnung in Anspruch genommen. Wir sind ca. 2 Jahre im Ausland unterwegs und das Angebot der HC hat uns angesprochen. Anfangs waren wir von dem freundlichen Wesen der Mitarbeiterin sehr eingenommen. Die erste Wohnungsvermietung für 3 Monate verlief wunderbar. Danach kam ein weiterer Mieter für einen Monat, von dem wir nicht viel mitbekommen haben. Unser Wunsch war es im Dezember und Januar in unsere Wohnung zurückzukehren. Die HC hat uns jedoch nur Mieter angeboten, die unsere Wohnung über diesen Zeitraum hinaus mieten wollten. Nach einigen seltsamen Verzögerungen präsentierte uns die HC wenige Tage vor Leerstand zwei italienische Studenten, die 12 Monate mieten wollten. Laut Angabe der Mitarbeiterin handele es sich um sehr ordentliche junge Männer, die einen Ansprechpartner bei der Uni hätten und den besten Eindruck machten. Wir willigten ein, wenngleich unser Bauchgefühl nicht gut war. Wenige Wochen später hörten wir von Nachbarn und unserer Zugehfrau, dass die jungen Männer die Wohnung verwüsten und Partys feiern. Trotzt mehrfacher Intervention unsererseits hat die HC sich keinesfalls um die Angelegenheit gekümmert. Das eigentliche Ausmaß der Verwüstung ist uns erst nach Auszug bekannt geworden. Wir benötigen neue Möbel, es muss gestrichen werden und zum Schluss wurde auch noch ein Kammerjäger benötigt. Die HC zieht sich komplett aus der Verantwortung. Statt uns zu helfen werden Unverschämtheiten weitergeleitet und die Mitarbeiterin kündigt wild Verträge via Whats App. Fazit, Unprofessionell, Unzuverlässig, Unfähig – aber sehr freundliche und hübsche Mitarbeiterin. ACHTUNG!!!

Nach einem Wasserschaden in unserer Mietwohnung sind wir bei der Suche nach einer Ersatzwohnung für 3 Monate bei der Homecompany fündig geworden.
Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung auf der Website von Homecompany.
Die nette Maklerin war während der dreimonatigen Mietzeit ein kompetenter und sehr netter Ansprechpartner per Mail oder Whatsapp.
Die Übergabe und Rückgabe der Wohnung klappte reibungslos.
Die Rücküberweisung der geleisteten Kaution war nach drei Tagen gebucht.
Wir können die Homecompany nur weiterempfehlen.
