Went there with 2 kids (13, 11). The entry fee is minute, the entrance hall is very promising - and with that unfortunately the best parts are over already.
I know it's a privately run museum and probably the owners are missing the funds to refresh it, but in 2022 cramping as many artefacts into a large display as you can and adding short titles under them is not enough to grab the kids' attention. There were barely any interactive elements and while I recon that the region has a rich history in designing and producing toys, the way it is presented is very outdated.
Practically I wouldn't recommend this museum for kids who nowadays spend most of their time on their phones, as they will just run through in 20 minutes without taking away anything.
A bit better suited for their parents who are still keen to read.
