Absolut enttäuscht von dem Kundenservice. Habe vor etwas Zeit eine Sache umgetauscht und somit wurden mir 7,50Euro gutgeschrieben, da man ja dort sowieso keine Rückzahlung bei Rückgabe erhält. Nun wollte ich gestern meinen zum Geburtstag geschenkten Gutschein mit den 7,50 Euro einlösen, da wurde mir dann gesagt, dass eine Kombination von beiden Sachen nicht möglich sei. Außerdem läuft die Gutschrift nach einem Jahr ab und der Gutschein nach drei Jahren. Wie lange mein Gutschein gültig ist konnte mir vor Ort nicht gesagt werden. Bei den frechen Preisen für diese Qualität erhofft man sich dann doch mehr Entgegenkommen und vor allem einen besseren Kundenservice. Werde doch nicht mehr einkaufen und kann's nicht weiterempfehlen.
