Nice, modern and clean hotel.
We stopped here for 1 night while in transit.
The room was big, clean and comfortable.
The swing in the room was a nice touch loved by our toddler
Big, free parking in front of the hotel.
The breakfast was good, a large selection of food, good coffee.

A great place to stay in Nürnberg, especially if you want to visit the Zoo. Clean and nice rooms. We book two rooms for the children and we got adjacent rooms. Breakfast was also really nice with a good selection of food.for breakfast. Also a special children's corner is available for breakfast.

I stayed here for Rock I'm Park. The hotel is quite ok, but the price is insane during the first weekend of June (when Rock im Park is happening). They no longer have a minibar to cool your drinks and the bar was closed during RiP, unlike when it was a Hilton hotel. It was a nice stay, but as mentioned...way to expensive for the quality. Excellent breakfast.

Really nice place with a great restaurant walking distance.. super service and outstanding rooms. Parking situation make sure no games are going on!

Lady with the short blonde hair and glasses is super rude. Nasty attitude if you don’t speak German. People like that shouldn’t be in the customer service business. I guess it’s a good thing they don’t wear name tags.

Very bad hotel.
Even during outside summer temperatures, the room heating installation is running at a temperature of 26 degrees Celsius and can not be turned off. Radiator is turned off and keeps heating.
Restaurant closed.
Bar closed.
Tried calling before arrival for 3 days on a row to check if restaurant would be open.
No one answers the phone.
Forget this hotel!

We had a nice, friendly and warm welcome from the receptionist that made us feel right at ease. The 2 person room is real tidy and beautiful with a clean modern bathroom with tub ???? and the bed feels comfortable with a good mattress ????
