16 October 2020. I had a long wait for my train, so I found a seat at the Rubenbauer Genusswelt in Nürnberg main station and ordered an early dinner from one vendor and a Weissbier from another. The vendors are franchises "under one roof" (Dean u0026 David, Gosch Sylt etc.) The Rubenbauer service people are friendly and you can see them constantly in motion, bussing tables, talking with customers, and maintaining a clean clutter free environment. They also take care for your satisfaction. I found my meal to be not very pleasant (I don't want to name the vendor, because this is matter of personal taste) and mentioned it to one of the Service Staff who was walking past my table.. Without hesitating he let me know that his goal is to make sure I have a good experience, and took it upon himself to deal with the vendor to give me a comparable meal at no extra cost to me. He recommended a local specialty and I was quickly given a new meal that was very good!. I have high praise for this food service Professional, and want to sincerely recommend the Rubenbauer experience at the Nürnberg station.
