There was only one counter open and no self order counters either which formed a queue and some waiting time. Order was processed quickly though. Food was well prepared.

You should be ashamed. The fries are COLD and OLD. The chicken is moisturized and not tasty. Not worth carrying the name of KFC

Positives: accept card payment, good food

Negatives: service is very very very veeeeery slow, they cannot call themselves "fast food"

This KFC has the rudest staff who work so slowly. I don't think it is managed well--at lunchtime, they make people wait for 30minutes for take-away orders. We asked for a refund, but nobody would process our refund--the staff were busy talking amongst themselves. We ended up just leaving our order behind as we had a train to catch. We were there for more than 30minutes, paid hard-earned money for nothing. THE WORST KFC EVER.

Mashed potatoes taste old, chicken is not cooked, and no toilet so forget throwing up.

It takes a very long time to get served (25-45min) so not a good idea if you have a train to catch.
There are no toilets either.

negatives: extremely slow service, giant restaurant on a train station in a city of 0.5 million and noone on the shift speaks a word in English
