Die besten Matjes-Brötchen weit und breit!
Die Theke ist originell wie ein Boot gestaltet, samt Boje am Rand. Dort wird sehr ansprechend und appetitlich das Angebot präsentiert. Da die Kundschaft meist aus eiligen Reisenden besteht, ist die Bedienung sehr flott. Neben einer Leckerei "auf die Hand zum Mitnehmen" gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, sich hinzusetzen und vor Ort zu genießen. Man kann auch Fisch-Produkte für zuhause kaufen.
Mein Favorit ist ein (oder zwei) Matjes-Brötchen mit einem Piccolo Sekt vor Ort - so wird ein Aufenthalt am Nürnberger Bahnhof zum Genuss-Kurzausflug des Gaumens an die Küste.
Fazit: Wenn ich am Nürnberger Bahnhof ein wenig Zeit habe und wenigstens ein bisschen Hunger, muss es eines der wunderbaren Matjes-Brötchen von Gosch Sylt sein - zur Nachahmung wärmstens empfohlen!
