These guys really know about their coffee, they’re very friendly and it’s all fair coffee so that’s great.
However, I just think that the coffee and espresso is a too sour for my taste.
This seems to be a trend in hipster places such as this one, but I still don’t get it. Your local Italian Restaurant does better, milder espresso.
Also, it’s a neat idea to sit next to their roasting machines, but it’s also just really loud and hot occasionally. Must be hard on the employees.
Perhaps keeping loud machines separately from people really is a good idea after all.
Still, nice place — just not my cup of coffee, I guess :)
