Good service, but poor house keeping
The room certainly had a luxurious feel. It was well stocked with cooking supplies, a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and even a milk frother. The receptionists were always very friendly and professional.
We took our five month old puppy for which the hotel charges a steep €35 per night. Even though we got a discount it was still not worth for what we received. For instance, we needed to ask the house keeping staff to clean the floors and change the bedding after we noticed they had not done it after 3 days. This was really disappointing as we presumed the extra charge was for extra cleaning. To make matters worse, we received push back from the maid and she also kept insisting that she cleaned the room thoroughly every day. We were also informed that the extra charge was for our end of stay deep clean. However one would think that the end of stay deep clean cost was a standard amount for all dogs as it wouldn't matter if a dog stayed for 2 nights vs. 10 nights.
