room was comfy, breakfast is good and they are even gluten friendly. staff was super helpful and nice. there is free parking in some construction area in front and in the street, and hotel has private parking as well. they very close to the center. everything was good

Well, it was an okay(ish) stay.
We stayed there for one night.

First of all the complaints -

1. We arrived at night and the first thing the receptionist did after wishing us hello was go away, only to come back after 10 minutes. We were already tired and didn't feel great about it.

2. The room that was given to us was wheelchair accessible even though we didn't ask for it. Also, it was a room near the stairs, and maybe because the door and the partition between the rooms are not built well, there was a lot of noise inside every time someone was going up the stairs, or dragging their trolleys or talking in the hallway.

3. The toilet was unusually high. So when you are answering the nature's call and you don't have long legs, expect your feet to be hanging in the air.

4. There was no place in the bathroom to put your toiletries on.

5. The reception place looks really average, cluttered and not too professional.

The good -

1. The breakfast was good overall, with a good selection to choose from, and also well cooked and tasty dishes.

2. The reception service in the morning at the time of checkout was good. The gentleman who was behind the counter in the morning shift was really courteous and helpful.

One of the worst service I have ever experienced.
Didn’t requested any ID on the check-in. Every time in/out did not welcome anyone.
And the worst thing, I booked a breakfast included which turned out not to be… but they did not notice me and wanted to charge me at the check-out… I did pay but there is my review.

Also hotel is in a dirty noisy street full of homeless which makes scary to walk through the day and night.

Matrass and pilows very uncomfortable and we run out of shampoo and toilet paper and did not refill :/

Nice and friendly workers. Only there is no AC. Can be pretty hot. But further more OK

Comfy rooms but not that welcoming staff. A bit of more attention to the toilets’ cleanness would help a lot :-)

I has everything I needed in the hotel room. Internet, buffet breakfast (may or not be included depending on the reservation configuration) and enough space for a desk and a couch.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Upon knowing we were here for a special occasion, they gave us a free upgrade and even left chocolates for us at our door. Staff was always friendly and greets us with a smile each time we walk by. Room was beautiful and we would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to nurnberg.
