The best location in the city, very close to the center. There's a private parking on the premises where you can leave a car while taking a pedestrian tour around the town. The he-host is extremely friendly, very helpful and smily :) The hostess is neutral and it looked like she wasn't very happy to have us but anyway the stay was very pleasant. The room was spotless clean, breakfast good and diverse. All the hotel is nicely done in one theme. Five stars!

Small well priced hotel with extremely helpful and friendly owner and staff. All necessities in the rooms and more probably available at request. Breakfast ample and plentiful. Not the chickest of decoration and furnitures. Cleaning of room, bed, and bathroom was good.

Love the place. Run by an exceptionally nice couple. Smile is everywhere in the hotel. Nice, spacious rooms, with small fridge, kettle, round table, tv, wi fi, in 3 words, everything you might need. Good breakfast. Located just walking distance (maybe 10 mins) from the Old Town. Recommend with all my heart!

Nice family run restaurant aimed at families. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly owners. Nice breakfast buffet.
The hotel is very near the historic centre, so you can walk over and have a look. The owner gave us a useful little map and told us where to go.

Excellent hotel with an owner who is very attentive to his guests. We were welcomed and immediately felt at home even though it was our first visit to Nuremberg. The hotel has ample parking and a separate building for families with kids. The room was large and well appointed. The breakfast was included. They boiled eggs for us for breakfast when we asked The little hats to keep the eggs warm were a hoot! Located right outside the old town’s wall, next to the Plärrer metro station, this hotel is a gem. The only downsides were that there was no safe or air conditioning in the room, but the latter is typical for older German hotels. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for and the manager and service is really good. Room service was also very great where they change towels and clean the room. The only thing that were missing was enough cutlery. Here is some pictures of the toilet, they have a great sense of humour ????

Absolutely perfect. For a hotel called "Smile", it certainly left one in my face. The owner is very nice, kind and helpful, giving lots of tips about what to do in the city, where to eat, what to see. Accommodations are nice, big and clean, and the decoration is also very colorful and sets a good mood in the place. Breakfast is very complete and good; everything we ate was delicious. And the location is just perfect as well: near one of the main old town entrances, meaning you're at walking distance of the main attractions of Nuremberg.
