Hotel was nice, rooms clean, breakfast awesome and delicious.
Why only 4 stars? I´ve paid extra 10 euro for room with marital bed (king-size bed) but it was only 2 standart bed next to each other and during the night they moved apart. So I could safe money and push two beds together by myself :)

Very easy access to city center with direct subway right in front of it. Taxi can cost up to 15 euro and take long as there are many red lights and can be traffic. The breakfast is good but only until 9:30 which can be a bit tight. Staffs are nice.

Customer service was awful. Our room didn't lock (you could open the door without the key card) and the lady at the reception desk reaction was "I don't have any more rooms, you have to sleep there". No attempt to fix the door or exchange the room. Too over an hour of arguing before she gave up and instead gave us individual rooms. The rooms ended up outside of the main building. Some of the light bulbs didn't work. The view was of the building's trash cans. Overall not a great stay.

Good hotel, rooms are clean and up to date. Wifi is oké. The subway runs below the building you can hear and feel it go by.

Friendly people, good breakfast, OK rooms . But you really need to do something about the heat in the rooms, the little fan you have is noisy and far from enough. You really need a decent AC system so that your guests don't melt even in May. The heat inside the rooms is disproportionate to the heat outside (it was chilly outside but hot in the room), makes it impossible to sleep, relax, or work.

Location is ok but I don't know whats wrong with the lady there. Feels like she is intimidated by someone or what. Because we came to check out and she was surprised that we just checking out now even tho it was 10 or 15 min later. She showed panic for nothing.

Perfect hotel. Metro is 20m near, and thats great. Rooms are very clean and nice. Brekfast is also good.
