It was really satisfying but what really earned my respect was the staff. I could see that they were tired and super busy and we’re quick to help and assist you. They were also super nice. I made several requests because I showed up spontaneously and it wasn’t a planned stay. Maria and another woman That wasn’t there when I went to get there names even searched everywhere to charge my private electronics, all of the staff were super respectful and nice . This will definitely be my emergency spot to crash. And the rooms are were of quality. Highly recommend.

If you are in Nurenburg for trade fairs (messe) thats the location you should choose - a walking distance to all halls, otherwise hotel is quite poor...

The hotel is properly equipped but little bit obsolete. Clean, good location, nice staff. Breakfast sufficient. Towels were 'dark ' white and at the end of the lifetime, some small holes. I was satisfied, it was my business trip so I don't think about price. In case I would pay by myself, 250 eur is quite many for the standard. At reception they prepare excellent coffee. For events at Fair is the best accommodation around. Next year I will come back.

We've booked a room for 2 adults and one 8-year-old child. Upon our arrival, we were told that a child sleeps with an adult in one bed. However, we had 2 single beds in the room so I'm not sure how a child and an adult were meant to fit in one bed.
Therefore, we were forced to upgrade the room and pay 20 Euros to get the extra bed. We would have booked a nicer hotel if we knew that the price will be 20 Euro higher.

We've stayed in many other hotels and when we booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child, there was always an extra bed, pull-out or sofa bed for a child at no extra charge.

The other issue was that the air-con was pretty much useless: it only cooled a small area by the main door. We took one mattress off the bed and put it on the floor, and my wife and our son ended up sleeping on that mattress.

Additionally, the hotel looks OK on the outside, but the interior is dated.

I cannot recommend this hotel and would never stay there again.

Dated. No food. But clean and the staff were helpful.

Nice hotel, very close to the fair entrance (walking distance of 5 minutes) with great breakfast and rather quiet. The matress is not good though, I had an uncomfortable sleep. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and well trained. Quiet street and not bad view too!
