Very disappointed with my experience here.
The staff was super unfriendly and unfocused.
The hotel itself is located on the top place to reach exhibition centre.
Near to metro station and walking distance on the nice park full with restaurants.
And that’s all positive for the place.
Hotel furnishings was old and on the edge to be bad looking.
The bath was ok as a comfort.
Bad was comfortable too.
The staff at the reception desk was ok.
But the restaurant staff was just awful.
10-20 minutes for someone to come and take the order. Then another 10 minutes for coffee or something for drink.
Will try to avoid the place next time.

Positives: helpful staff, lots of space in the rooms. However..

Rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Carpet is dirty, has a dog smell. Bathroom worn down, have to shower in bath.
Also.. the Covid excuse for providing no room service..

Okay for a stop over on your way. The buffet food (pork and fries) was very(!) dry.. to be fair we also had dinner around 21.30. Further, the pillows are really poor. Hard and difficult to shape into a comfortable sleeping position. Prepare for a sore neck / headache. Personell was very friendly

It was a nice suprise. I was expecting a tern-looking business-hotel, but we found lots of families with kids.

Visit was for business. Walking distance to NürnbergMesse, clean, comfortable, good restaurant and breakfast and excellent staff. Internet was solid, nice to sit outside on patio and shout out to Marcus for being awesome.
