We did the tour guide in English, and it was a great experience. Our tour guide Marianna did an amazing job making the tour both interesting and exciting, talking about the history of the cellars both as beer cellars and during world war 2.

I took the tour and enjoyed the food and beer at the restaurant. I normally don't care for dark beers, but theirs was good. The flight servings are much larger than I'm used to! Super friendly staff at the bar and Charlie gave a great tour!

Excellent customer service! We didn't make it in time, but they were able to change our tickets to the next slot.

Dimitri was a very nice guide who made the tour very fun and enjoyable. It was a great tour, not an overload of information and easy to follow. Quite interesting and we might be back for a special tour in a while.

Finished our visit with a small beer tasting in their restaurant. They seemed a bit short-staffed, but the food u0026 beer were delicious.

A must-see in Nuremberg!

We arrived to purchase tickets right at 5 before they close. Their last tour was scheduled at 5:30. The lady in front selling the tickets told us there was only one more ticket remaining and there were 3 of us. A minute later a group of Germans arrived and were sold multiple tickets.

We booked this guided tour inspired and made curious by the numerous reviews; price for 1 adult + 2 students was roughly 30€, consequently I had some expectations.
In fact, I was a bit disappointed: as I am an adept of guided visits, I know how a good guide can illustrate a tour w/ insight talk, information that one does not find in standard guide books. Well, it was unfortunately not the case ... just 1h plain talk w/ some standard jokes.
Moreover, having heard the guide speak about the special red beer, the "schnaps" made out of the left-overs after filtering and even the Whisky, I expected to be invited for a tasting of the locally produced beverages. Mistake - we were just left alone after the tour :(

Clearly, one could do better. And I wouldn't do it again ...
