If you’ve traveled through Germany you know this place and there is definitely something comfortable about it. The food is consistent and well prepared. The service is attentive and friendly. The surrounding platz is lively on the weekends and just an overall very satisfying place to chill. Also, the beer rules.

Beer was good. We had the schnitzel, aromatic batter and very juicy meat. Potato salad was more moist and tangy than others we tried. All in all, a good meal.

Had a quite decent meal. A bit slow service but waitstaff were friendly and helpful. Good food. The dessert was very tasty!!

Authentic German food. We expected it to be touristy but the food and beer are top notch!
Lots of sitting space outdoor and indoor. Our dog received water and treats from the super friendly staff ????
I had the Nürnberger Bratwürste ???? perfect portion

Yes it is touristy but really quite enjoyed the food and drinks. I tried the local Nürnberger Bratwürste (pictured) done three ways and thoroughly enjoyed the contrast. If you made the hike up here and cannot decide on where to eat, head here. Their menu has English explanation as well. Sit outside and you can enjoy people watching as well :)

Tried the Apfelstrudel, it was amazing, probably with ice cream could be better!! Also thank you to the waiter, he was so kind and nice, funny as well. Gracias por hablarme en español!! You made my day! Saludos de Argentina ????

Delicious food, fast service. Normal choice of food. The prices are high, but this is the price of this location. Perfect place!
