On august 30, I ordered a pizza stone. After I haven't heard anything , I emailed them to ask the status. They said the stones were out of stock.
On september 14, I received an email stating that my order was closed.
After I emailed them with the comment that I hadn't received anything yet,
They indicated that the order was shipped with DHL. I responded to this with the request to send a track and trace number.
I have had no response to this email.
I have called them several times but they don't answer their phone
On september 20 i sended them a remainder and asked again to send me the track and trace.
I Also called them, but they still don's answer their phone.
On 21 september I contacted DHL. They said that no order was planned for my address.
