Clean, quiet, best location in the most beautiful part of the historical city of Nuremberg. Also the internet connection is more than sufficiently fast and the shower and beds are comfortable.

Very close to City Center.
Clear and have good breakfast.
Has limited park but can be found park area on the streets.
Has lift.
Balcony is closed in winter time.
There is no smoking area.

Hotel was closed already before 9:30 PM. No one was there to open our room and no answer on the phone. Very poor service.

Shower was broken also…

We really enjoyed our stay and we want to come back , especially because the girl at the reception was so kind and helpful.
The room was perfect and the location SO good, close to everything.

The location is perfect! Near the castle and you can walk in all the city centre of this beautiful city. The rooms has everything you need and the service is okay. I don't recomand the breakfast if you are a late morning person... At 9.20 the bacons and the other salty things were already over.

Visited in 2013. Good hotel for short stay. As we stayed for long time there were few issues. Breakfast items were fix. They said nobody stays there for more than 2-3 days. It is near Castle so every tourist spot and restaurants are at walking distance. Christmas Market is also at walking distance. Nice place and helpful staff.
